Archdiocesan Policies

For all Archdiocesan Events, each adult must have:

1. Completed a background check and questionnaire.

2. If driving have filled out the drivers form (listed under forms)

3. Signed a permission slip for the child that he or she is guardian of (If applicable).

Students must have:

1. Filled out a permission slip with a parent signature.

2. Agreed to follow the Code of Conduct.
